At Cappella of Pueblo West, our approach is to add just the right amount of support and provide a balance of life-enriching activities, nourishing meals and modern suites featuring new technology to brighten each day at our harmonious community.
We understand how important cost of living is when choosing an assisted living community. Our all-inclusive pricing offers consistent payments each month and the peace of mind that comes from knowing you will receive the quality of care and fulfilling senior living experience you deserve.

Rates & Services
Payment for the first month is due upon the day of move-in. Monthly rates and services fees (as of January 2024).
Basic Rates & Service Fees:
- Small Studio/Half Bath (230 sq. ft.) – $3,940/month
- Medium Studio (240 sq. ft.) – $4,090/month
- Large Studio (350 sq. ft.) – $5,075/month
- Small One Bedroom (460 sq. ft.) – $6,005/month
- Medium One Bedroom (480 sq. ft.) – $6,175/month
- Large One Bedroom (550 sq. ft.) – $6,170/month
- Second Person Charge – $1,545/month
- Cable TV – $40/month
- Community One-Time Fee – $1,800
There are limited number of apartments available for those who quality for Medicaid benefits.
All rates are monthly, but can be prorated daily. Additional individual needs can be met by arrangement with Executive Director.

All-inclusive pricing offers access to all of Cappella of Pueblo West's services and amenities, including:

- Private studio and 1-bedroom apartments
- Three nutritious, home-cooked meals every day
- Person-directed life enrichment programming
- Shared community spaces and amenities, including a whirlpool spa, beautiful outdoor courtyard, cozy fireplace, and more
- Community services, including beauty & barber services, housekeeping, secured WiFi, laundry, and utilities
We gladly accept private pay, Veterans Assistance, and Medicaid.
Ways to Pay for Assisted Living Care
