Everyone here is kind and caring. Staff and residents. Anyone is approachable and willing to help with what you might need. It was the Grace of God that got me here and I am grateful.
I’ve been a resident at Cappella Pueblo West for 7 months now. Staff is so friendly and caring. Always a smile and a friendly greeting. They do everything for us here. All we have to do is enjoy our day. There’s a beautiful courtyard for gatherings and fun activities or just going out and reading a book. There are daily activities if you wish to join in and the residents are so fun and loving when you reach out to them. Friends are easily found. I’m very happy here. Come join and relax and get spoiled. ❤️
Moving my aunt to this facility has been wonderful! The STAFF is absolutely amazing so kind and willing to help with anything we have needed. If you are looking for a safe, Clean, and loving environment for your loved one look no further! Moving a loved one is never an easy choice but I feel like we made the right one moving her here!!! Thank you to everyone making Cappella the wonderful place it is. I don’t have words for how happy we are!!
It was a tough decision, placing our mom in an assisted-living facility, but after visiting the Cappella Assisted Living facility in Pueblo West, we made up our minds to place her there due to the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff and residents. After just a few weeks, we realized our decision is the best one we could have made due to the professionalism, concern and friendliness of the staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to keep our minds at ease over the care of our mother. She is truly in good hands, and we are surely grateful for that. Thank you, Cappella, for taking such wonderful care of our mom! You have become family to us.
We have loved this assisted living community for our father. The Director was very helpful in answering our questions and getting him situated. The staff is great to work with too, everyone is super friendly. Our father has thrived here and enjoys the men’s group activities (like movie nights and hands-on activities) and the church service they have on Sundays. He has made several new friends here, and is no longer living an isolated life on his own. The food is very good too, and they do a great job reaching out to the families with different activities we can join our loved ones in. Different holiday meals, summertime activities, etc. And we love seeing the big smile on his face when they take pictures of him doing different activities.
I absolutely love Cappella of Pueblo West. I have worked here for 8 years and could not ask for a better co-worker family. My favorite annual event is Guns ‘n Grannies!
They are always looking out for the best interest of all of their residents and doing fun things. They are always clean and helpful even during these hard days.
My father has been a resident for almost two years. From the first time we walked in, I knew this was the place for him. He absolutely loves it here and I never thought I would hear that from him. The staff is incredibly accommodating, the facility is clean and the food is superb. The administrator is fantastic to work with and is a wealth of knowledge regarding insurance, medications, healthcare and even moral support when needed. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Pueblo West to anyone looking for a facility.
Great people, the building is one floor and great for any type of physical limitations and all types of services are provided from laundry and housekeeping if needed. They also have local transportation which is very helpful. They have been having all kinds of staffing problems and consistency with the meals and stuff, so just figured a 3 would be an average score on the food. Would highly recommend Cappella at Pueblo West.
Cappella of Pueblo West is where my mom is, and it’s very lovely (from the administration to housekeeping). It is an assisted living facility and they have wonderful food for the residents. They offer to dine in with your loved ones for a small charge of $4. They also have a lot of activities and it’s very clean.
The staff is very kind and professional, always willing to help my mom. Very nice atmosphere and good meals.
Employees are dedicated, knowledgeable and respectful. The place is pleasantly comfortable and cozy. Thank you for the opportunity to place music with the residents.
The staff at Cappella of Pueblo West are wonderful!! They show such great attention to detail in caring for all the needs of their residents and are professional and conscientious in the ways they manage and do their jobs. We appreciate the way the director and her staff keep us informed and work with us on providing the best care for my mom. Legacy is unlike other assisted living facilities – you get a sense of “home” there where the residents are part of a large family and it is a happy and welcome place to be. After experiencing other facilities, we are so happy with Legacy and relieved to know my mom is getting the best care in Pueblo!
